Functional Strength Training

Join us at the Chatham Community Center for a 45 minute Functional Strength Training Class! Classes will meet every Friday and Saturday morning throughout the summer starting on June 20th.  Each class will begin with a dynamic warm up, followed by upper and lower body strengthening as well as postural and functional exercises.  Classes will utilize various equipment including light and heavy dumbbells, resistance bands and steps.  Exercises will be tailored to the individual and will emphasize proper form. Advanced registration is recommended but same day registration will be available if space allows!
