  • Total Body Strength

    Mondays | September 14–October 26

    The Gentle Place, Framingham MA

    Build strength and confidence in this 6 week progressive strength series held at The Gentle Place Wellness Center in Framingham. Each class includes upper and lower body exercises along with guided core strengthening.

    ‍While created for pregnant and postpartum women, this class welcomes anyone looking to build strength safely.

  • Stroller Strength

    Mondays | September 14–November 9
    9:15–10:15 AM
    Wayland Town Building Courtyard

    Join us for a weekly outdoor fitness class designed for moms and their little ones! We’ll start with a short walk, giving you a chance to connect with other moms in the community, followed by a series of standing and mat-based exercises on the courtyard lawn.

    Children who are comfortable in a stroller are welcome to attend! We’ll incorporate the stroller as a source of support during our standing exercise series.

    Please bring a yoga mat.

    Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and/or cleared for exercise by their medical provider.

  • Move and Mingle: Moms & Babies

    Tuesdays | September 8–October 13

    Primrose School of Sudbury

    Join us at Primrose School of Sudbury for a weekly, hour-long gathering designed for moms and their little ones. Each session will include gentle, postpartum-friendly mat exercises followed by time to socialize with other moms over light refreshments.

    The class will take place in an infant room at Primrose School of Sudbury, with access to age-appropriate toys, changing tables, and an outdoor play area, weather permitting.

    Infants and pre-walking babies are encouraged to attend!

    Primrose School of Sudbury is offering childcare for older children during this session for an additional cost.

    Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and/or cleared for exercise by their medical provider.

  • Restore & Nourish

    Wednesdays | September 9–October 14

    We’re excited to collaborate with Dr. Qianzhi from The Nutrition Changer for a 6-week educational wellness circle combining pelvic health, movement, and nutrition to help you regain strength, support your recovery, and feel connected during the postpartum season.

    Over six weeks, we’ll explore:

    • Pelvic floor and core recovery

    • Nutrition for healing and tissue repair

    • Energy, fatigue, and breastfeeding nutrition

    • Gut health and bowel function

    • Safe movement and returning to exercise

    • Sustainable self-care strategies for life after baby

    Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and/or cleared for exercise by their medical provider.
