Functional Strength Training
Starts Thursday, September 25th!
6:30-7:15pm
Join us at Sudbury Parks & Rec for a 45 minute strength training class. Each class begins with a dynamic warm up followed by upper and lower body strengthening as well as postural and functional exercises. Exercises will be tailored to the individual and will emphasize proper form.
Please bring a yoga mat!
$18/class or $95 for full 6 week session

Postpartum Strength & Connection
Starts Monday, September 22nd!
Mondays 9:00-10:00am
Join us at Sudbury Parks and Rec for a supportive 6-week workout series focused on rebuilding core, pelvic floor, and postural strength in the early months postpartum. Each class includes a gentle, progressive strength circuit and dedicated time at the end to connect with other moms.
Eligibility: Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by their medical provider.
Infants through pre-crawlers encouraged!
Please bring a yoga mat.
6 week session: $125 (no class Monday, 10/13)

Balance Training
Starts September 5th!
Fridays 10:45-11:30
Join us at the Chatham Community Center for a 45 minute class emphasizing balance training. Exercises will be done in sitting and standing and will include lower body strengthening, stretching and various balance exercises. Modifications can be made to accommodate injuries and all fitness levels!
Pre-registration required through the Chatham Council on Aging.
