  • Total Body Strength

    Starts Saturday, February 28th!

    Saturdays 9:30-10:30am

    Build strength and confidence in this 6 weeks progressive strength series held at The Gentle Place Wellness Center in Framingham. Each class includes upper and lower body exercises along with guided core strengthening.

    ‍While created for pregnant and postpartum women, this class welcomes anyone looking to build strength safely.

  • Pelvic Health + Birth Education

    Sunday, March 15th

    10:00-12:00 @ Harbor Strength Physical Therapy, Natick

    Harbor Strength Physical Therapy is collaborating with Birth by Jess for this exciting workshop! Jess Glasgow is a Certified Nurse-Midwife and owns Birth by Jess. She will cover preparing for birth, what to expect, decision making & advocy in the hospital setting.

    Dr. Maggie will then go over pelvic floor anatomy, symptoms and postpartum recovery. There will be plenty of time for questions at the end.

    Cost: $50, (includes partner/support person)

    Mondays 9:00-10:00am

    Join us at Sudbury Parks and Rec for a supportive 6-week workout series focused on rebuilding core, pelvic floor, and postural strength in the early months postpartum. Each class includes a gentle, progressive strength circuit and dedicated time at the end to connect with other moms.

    Eligibility: Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by their medical provider.

    Infants through pre-crawlers encouraged!

    Please bring a yoga mat.
