Functional Strength Training
Fridays 9:45-10:30
Saturdays 8-8:45
Join us at the Chatham Community Center for a 45 minute strength training class. Each class begins with a dynamic warm up followed by upper and lower body strengthening as well as postural and functional exercises. Classes will utilize various equipment including light and heavy dumbbells, resistance bands and steps. Exercises will be tailored to the individual and will emphasize proper form.
$12/class

Bodyweight Strength & Conditioning
Starts August 2nd!
Saturdays 9:45-10:30
Join us at the Harwich Community Center for a 45 minute strength training class. Exercises will be done without weights and will include upper and lower body strengthening, core strengthening and cardio exercises. Please bring a yoga mat!
Drop in $12/class, no pre-registration required.

Balance Training
Starts September 5th!
Fridays 10:45-11:30
Join us at the Chatham Community Center for a 45 minute class emphasizing balance training. Exercises will be done in sitting and standing and will include lower body strengthening, stretching and various balance exercises. Modifications can be made to accommodate injuries and all fitness levels!
Pre-registration required through the Chatham Council on Aging.
