Join Dr. Maggie Curtis at The Gentle Place Wellness Center in Framingham for a free pelvic floor workshop.
Learn the basics of pelvic floor anatomy, understand common symptoms, and gain practical tips for core and pelvic floor activation.
This workshop will include some gentle pelvic floor and core exercises as well as plenty of time for questions!

Total Body Strength
Starts Saturday, January 3rd!
Saturdays 9:30-10:30am
Build strength and confidence in this 6 weeks progressive strength series held at The Gentle Place Wellness Center in Framingham. Each class includes upper and lower body exercises along with guided core strengthening.
While created for pregnant and postpartum women, this class welcomes anyone looking to build strength safely.
6 week session: $145

Postpartum Strength & Connection
Starts Monday, January 5th
Mondays 9:00-10:00am
Join us at Sudbury Parks and Rec for a supportive 6-week workout series focused on rebuilding core, pelvic floor, and postural strength in the early months postpartum. Each class includes a gentle, progressive strength circuit and dedicated time at the end to connect with other moms.
Eligibility: Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by their medical provider.
Infants through pre-crawlers encouraged!
Please bring a yoga mat.
6 week session: $125 (no class 1/19 and 2/16)
