Maggie Curtis PT, DPT

Maggie received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2017, where she gained hands-on experience at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and completed clinical rotations in a variety of outpatient settings. After graduation, she discovered her true passion: helping individuals navigate the physical changes of pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic health concerns. She pursued advanced training through Herman and Wallace, focusing on pregnancy, postpartum care and pelvic pain.

Maggie brings a whole-body approach to physical therapy, tailoring every treatment plan to the individual she is working with. She has experience treating a wide range of patients, including athletes, individuals with orthopedic injuries, and those seeking pelvic floor physical therapy. Her approach combines expertise, compassion, and practical strategies so patients feel empowered in their recovery and confident returning to the activities they love.

Outside the clinic, Maggie leads fitness classes for pregnant and postpartum women. She has also led classes for middle and high school athletes, and has taught educational classes at senior centers on topics such as urinary incontinence as well as lower back pain.

In her personal life, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family, learning new things (ballet, yoga and Mah Jongg to name a few!) and staying active at the gym. Following her own experience with pregnancy and postpartum recovery, Maggie brings a unique understanding and empathy to her work, helping patients feel supported, understood and confident as they navigate their own journeys.
